The temperature and dewpoint at 8AM is 81º/77º. Here's the last four days temp/dew numbers at 8AM each day and the eventual high for the day:

Wednesday: 79º/77º...98º
Tuesday: 81º/76º...97º
Monday: 77º/73º...94º
Humidity is running a little higher today, so despite a very warm start to the day, 100º may not be a lock today...can't rule it completely out though. Typically it's a little harder to heat up really moist air...even a few degrees higher dewpoint readings will make a difference. Of course we're talking a few degrees here, 98º versus 100º, as it'll be remain very uncomfortable with upper 90's likely and heat indexes in the 110-115º range. Tomorrow should be another day of mid to upper 90's with heat indexes in the 105-115º range. Rainfall chances are improving for later today through early next week though, slim as they are...
