Indiana: August 14 Drought Monitor

Improvement across the board in Indiana with this week's drought monitor.

Exceptional category decreased from 25% to 16.6%
Extreme category decreased from 68.6% to 46.3%
Severe category decreased from 89.8% to 81.4%
