Indianapolis: 90º+ Streak Ends, Dryness Persists

Indianapolis failed to hit 90º yesterday, thus the consecutive 90º+ day streak is over.

But the incredible run of the lack of rainfall at the Indianapolis International Airport continues. Just 0.09" of rainfall has been recorded since the start of meteorological Summer (June 1). That is 6.38" below normal. A bit of foreshadowing, but below is the list of the driest combined June-Julys in the recorded history for Indianapolis (since 1871).
